Wow. Animosity among paleo/primal/crossfit/etc./etc./etc.
There's a lot of confusion and, sometimes, anger and resentment between these factions of people who basically follow the same healthy tenants of whole food, no wheat, less sugar, etc. than I thought. I'm just trying to understand all of it, and I don't get why crossfit doesn't fit with paleo doesn't fit with whole 9 doesn't fit with primal, doesn't fit with dairy, doesn't fit with cheese, doesn't fit with, well, whatever you want to come up with. I get that all food doesn't work with all people. But, lets not hate those who eat a little dairy. Let's not put down those who might eat a little flax. Let's not look down our noses at those who might use a little maple syrup, or honey. Seriously, isn't whole food, a few treats, and exercise that supports our lifestyle what it's all about? It's like the factions in the Bible. I thought this wasn't supposed to be a religion (robb wolfe). Chill, people. We're all just trying to be healthy. No one is trying to usurp your "industry".
